Gates are designed for continuous operation and assisting pedestrian access control at high density of pedestrian traffic zones, inside building under direct control. Devices are intended for cooperation with electronic systems of pedestrian traffic and personal access control. Controlling devices (i.e. reader, button, electronic control, infrared remote control) can be attached to the gate.
The device’s main application is to support pedestrian traffic control at airports (e.g. authorised personnel only passage ways, as well as directing passenger traffic), at railway stations (e.g. points of ticket control/access control and passenger traffic), points of access control for securied facilities (e.g. government buildings, border crossings, law courts), points of access control in public utility buildings, points of ticket control and fees (e.g. to sports facilities, show facilities, exhibition halls, theatres, cinemas), access and time attendance control points in working places (e.g. dedicated areas at factories, offices).

Visual information identifies unlocking or locking status of the device arms’ movement. Green arrow informs that the device’s unlocking status is active. Red cross informs about the status of locking arms movement/rotation for the traffic defined direction.
ENTRY AND EXIT CONTROL
System of sensors for individual traffic detection supports the control over the passage by authorised persons. The processor system software analyses the signals from the system of sensors, which in many situations enables to detect such cases as e.g. passage attempt of two persons based on the single authorisation.
Sound signalling informs among the others on occurrence of nontypical situation (e.g. passage attempt of two persons in the same or different direction without authorisation) or detection of unauthorised object in the movement detection area.
MODE – NC (NORMAL CLOSED)
For NC operation mode (so-called „normal closed”) the arms of devices „MASTER” and „SLAVE” are closed until the moment of receiving the signal from external control unit (e.g. card reader, etc.), after receiving the signal from the external control unit, the arms will close after the individual passageway detection or after about 5 seconds in case of lack of individual traffic detection.
MODE – NO (NORMAL OPENED)
For NO operation mode (so-called „normal opened”) the arms of devices are open until the moment when the electronic system does not recognise non-typical situation (e.g. passage attempt without authorisation) based on the signals from the system of sensors. The arms do not close in case when the system of sensors detects the object too close to the moveable arms (for safety reasons).
The devices are equipped with additional overload safety devices which stop the arms movement in case of obstacle detection as well as activates the sound signalling. After the event, the arms movement is possible only after the following control signal.
(1) cover lock protecting against unauthorised persons' access (key lock), (2) lid cover made of stainless steel*, giving access to electronic connectors, (3) housing of sensors system for individual traffic detection within the passageway area, device made of stainless steel*, (4) side housing of the device equipped with LED pictograms, (5) (LED) pictograms defining the possible individual traffic direction in the passageway section (pictogram – green arrow and pictogram – red cross), (6) housing of mechanism made out of stainless steel*, after disassembling, it is possible to access the device's electrical and mechanical parts, (7) individual passageway section made by two modules „MASTER” and „SLAVE”, (8) place for module assembly to the ground and place for control and power supply cabling insertion.
